Fleks Technology has been birthed out of five years of experience building up the Nordics largest car subscriptions service. Since 2019, we’ve been challenging the traditional automotive industry. We've built one of Norway's largest vehicle fleets and served over 15,000 customers. Along the way, we've created a unique technology platform designed to optimize all processes with extreme efficiency. We've transformed fragmented systems and cumbersome manual tasks into a seamless experience of complete control. Now, it's time to share this with others.
Petter is an experienced leader and technologist with a proven international track record in product, technology, and brand development. Successfully scaled Fleks from zero revenue and a team of 4 to over 450 MNOK in revenue and a workforce of 100. Fleks was recognized as the 6th best workplace in Norway by Great Place to Work in 2023. Also huge productivity nerd!
David is a seasoned executive with significant international experience from financial and commercial roles across the energy, consulting, retail and car industries. David has a strong network in the car industry and is an experienced negotiator. He also has extensive experience from financial management and reporting, treasury, as well as, debt and equity financing. David was part of the team that started Fleks and has been an integral part of the Fleks journey ever since.
Jesper is an experienced software engineer, architect and CTO with experience from multiple startups like Timely/Memory and Fleks. Through his career as a software engineering consultant, he worked on several of the largest video streaming platforms in Norway, as well as one of Northern Europe’s biggest online payment providers that handles millions of transactions every day. Jesper is one of the founding members behind Fleks, the brain behind the Fleks platform, and has been leading the technology team and architectural decisions from day one.
